ABOUT THE ARTIST
I
would like to take a moment to briefly introduce myself. Beth
Ann Maragas, Canton Ohio native and studio potter in Chagrin
Falls. I've studied ceramics which included pleasurable and inspirational
experiences from The
Cleveland Institute of Art; Clayworks; Haystack
Mountain School of Crafts, Deer Isle, Maine; and Penland
School of Crafts, Penland, North Carolina.
BAM pottery is wheel-thrown and hand built from stoneware,
porcelain and raku, using lead free glazes and oxides. All functional
ceramic designs are microwave and oven safe.
